Personal & Family:
Lisa grew up in Roanoke and is the second of 5 siblings. She married Dan Miller from Benson in 1978 who is retired from Caterpillar Inc. They have two daughters; Heather (Ryan) Hogan from Metamora and Danielle (Matt) VanderVeen from Flanagan. She is blessed with two beautiful granddaughters; Molly & Bailey.
After graduating from Roanoke-Benson High School in 1976, Lisa attended Illinois Central College and then transferred to Illinois State University to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
Lisa worked at several advertising/marketing companies in the Peoria area including 13 years at Simantel. Before being hired at Metamora Fields she worked as a Marketing Support Specialist for Caterpillar Global Mining located in Peoria. Lisa was hired in September of 2010 as Director of Events before the Clubhouse opened in December of 2010.
Hobbies and Interests:
Lisa enjoys first and foremost time with her family, especially her granddaughters. Other activities include; tent camping, hiking, gardening, canoeing and curled up with a good book on a rainy day.

Metamora Fields Golf Club is a local, family owned business that opened in December of 2010. It's 25,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse and 18 -hole links style championship golf course designed by D.A. Weibring is home to numerous golf outings, weddings ceremonies & receptions, fundraisers, anniversaries, class reunions, birthday celebrations, bridal & baby showers each year. Patrons both local and from the Tri-county area enjoy the elegant upper ballrooms, main level restaurant and view of the golf course, lakes and sunsets from two spacious terraces.
