meet your heroes - Saturday, sept. 7, 2024. 11AM - 2pm.

 Hosted by the Metamora Area Business Association and the Volunteer Metamora Fire Department, this is our signature event held the second Saturday in September on the historic square in Metamora.   A full day of family fun: 

• Grilled pork chop and hot dog meals for sale
• Kids wristbands are available for access to many items including a bounce house, inflatable slide, popcorn, slushies, face painting, balloon creations, and more!
• Meet local police and fire department members, get inside the squad cars and fire trucks, smokehouse, Police K9, and more!
• Hose-fight competitions
• DJ from JAK'd Entertainment and a Fire Department raffle with great prizes!

All proceeds benefit the Metamora Volunteer Fire Department.
